I have a question. Where can I get help?

If you have a question, idea, or suggestion or if you want to report a bug, please feel free to share it with us. We want the best for your club and therefore all your experiences are important to us. 

 

Twizzit Help Center (all users)

All Twizzit users have access to the Twizzit help center where they can find information about our Twizzit modules. Most articles are available after login:

  • Click on the Question Mark in the upper right corner of Twizzit to open the Help center.
  • You will find FAQ articles and module related topics.
  • Use the search toolbar to get information about a specific topic.

If you have a question about Twizzit which you cannot find within the Help Center, contact you Club Administrator.

 

Support module (Club Admins)

Use the support modules to:

  • Ask questions of which you cannot find the answer in the Twizzit Help Center
  • Share ideas or suggestions 
  • Report a Bug


How does it work?

  • Go to Club Settings -> Support tab
  • Click the Add button and select the kind of ticket you want to create
  • Set the Privacy of the support settings.
    • A public support ticket can be seen by everyone who has access to the support module in any organization
    • A protected support ticket is only visible to the persons who have access to the support module whithin your organization
  • Enter the title and description of your support ticket and click Save.

Your new Support ticket will be treated by our technical team. You can follow the status of the ticket. We strive to answer your questions asap.
